We have the final approval for Funding!

Finally!
Our funding for this project is complete. We got a great rate thru the local business development company. www.bldc.net Since the renovation of this building is critical in the further development of our businesses they were more than helpful with helping us out with the funding of this project.

I began tearing out the old window separating the entry room from the rest of the store front. While the previous owner did a nice job of trimming out the old window, it was a big waste because the old window frame is completely unusable. The plan is to use the new sliding window to allow shipping and receiving to toss packages thru the window onto a cart into the other room for UPS to pickup, without stepping away from the packaging station.

AURGH!!!!!!
I can't believe this!!!!!!
The old window sill was attached to the studs using 3" deck screws. As you can see in the photo whoever installed the window sent the screw right thru the electrical wiring. The plugs were not hooked up to the electrical system, good thing this was discovered before we hooked it all up. Also note the incorrect spacing of the studs. Errr, I hate hack jobs!

I decided to remove one of the electrical outlets, & run all complete new wiring & plugs to the remaining boxes.
