BGE office demo begins

I spent a few hours today finnishing the demolition of what willbe one of BGE's offices on the 2nd floor. Tearing out all the lathe and plaster was quite enjoyable, removing the left over debris two 5 gallon buckets at a time, down the stairs is not quite so enjoyable. In fact its quite laborious.



I now estimate each room will take 2 days, working half days to demoloish. Hopefully two people working can do one room in a half day. A trash chute out the 2nd floor window into the dumpster is also worth investigating.
