The Install


Installing the Composite treads

This week , well finnish up the decking on the 2nd story. The center post is still being rebuilt, & will be reinstalled latter this week. Then the two remaining posts will be removed for restoration. With the decking installed I can build the hand railings. The railings will match the design of the Iron fence that runs across the front of the building(still being restored). Hopefully the city will be starting their new sidewalk project. The Iron work will be installed into the cement sidewalk.


Sand blasting the old iron work fences. Some of the fencing will require straiting & repainting.
