Im guessing hes a Sharpei, Lab, great dane mix. Hes a very mellow dog, makes Billy Bob kind of jelious, & he has a rather sever drooling problem.

One of the many dogs that roam the streets of Butte, has decided to hang with us for a little while.

Mucking out the Boiler room

Inside it was three washer/dryers of various ages. A large portion of the debris has already been removed before this photo was taken.


Doors to the boiler. Ill have then sand blasted & repainted black.

Hole in brick wall, connecting the boiler room to the eastside basement. This hole will later be repaired.

One of the laborers hauling out a section of pipe. In the boiler room alone over 1 ton of scrap metal has been taken to the recyclers. At this point we are only half done. The cost of sawzall blade was killing us, so I bought an oxygen/acetylene cutting touch yesterday, speeds things up on teh large diameter pipes.

A little cleaner, this cavnernious room will eventually house the new heating system, the central vaccum unit, & an air compressor. Once teh removal of teh old pipes is compleate, We will install can lights, & pour a concreate slab floor.

Basement demolition begins

Surveying the underground utitites in the back alley.

Sewer robot camera, used to determine that the sewer line was failing & may be contributing to or causing the sink hole in the basement. The city is now in the bidding process of replacing the sewer line. Some how replaceing this 220' section of sewer is going to cost the city more than $50K.

SBP gains another property!

This ones a great little 4 plex.
Three of the appartments are ready to rent, one needs a compleate remodel.
They all have clawfoot bathtubs, which are beautiful but not the best for renters who would rather have showers. So ill be putting some work into that place too.

Been really busy, sorry I havent updated anything forawhile. Ill have alot of pictures of the progress soon.

Building across the street is for sale on ebay. Anybody want a 40,000 sq foot house? Place even has a pool & hot tub.
